No. In line with the core principles of Hezbut Tawheed, he and all members are strictly non-political and do not participate in conventional politics or seek state power.

Vision

His core philosophy is the restoration of the true Islam as practiced by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This is centered on establishing the Sovereignty of Allah (Tawheed) in all aspects of life, which he believes is the only path to true peace and justice for all humanity.

His vision is to forge a society marked by justice, tolerance, and peace. In this community, people of all faiths would live in harmony, women and children would enjoy the highest rights, and society would be free from extremism, corruption, and political exploitation.

He argues that extremism is an ideological disease that cannot be cured by force alone. His primary approach is to wage an intellectual and spiritual battle, using the true, peaceful teachings of Islam to systematically dismantle extremist arguments and expose their fallacies.

He strongly advocates for communal harmony, based on the principle that all of humanity is one family under one Creator. He has organized thousands of interfaith dialogues to build bridges of understanding and mutual respect between different religious communities.

He is a powerful advocate for restoring the true rights and dignity of women as granted by Islam. He challenges misogynistic interpretations of religion and encourages the active participation of women in all social, economic, and state affairs while maintaining modesty.

It means that the principles of justice, equity, and morality laid down by Allah in the Quran become the ultimate constitution for society. It is not a theocracy ruled by a priestly class, but a system of absolute justice where all are equal under divine law.

He teaches that accepting payment for religious duties is strictly forbidden (haram) in Islam, as it corrupts the purity of faith. All prophets, including Muhammad (PBUH), served selflessly without seeking any worldly reward.

Activities

His activities are multifaceted. They include leading a nationwide ideological campaign through speeches and publications, spearheading extensive development and economic initiatives, fostering social reforms like women's empowerment and youth development, and promoting communal harmony.

He believes youth are the nation's most vital asset. To protect them from drugs and extremism, he has established over 50 sports and cultural organizations across the country, providing healthy outlets and instilling a sense of purpose and discipline.

He oversees multiple print and online media platforms, including two daily newspapers ('Daily Desherpatra' and 'Daily Bajrashakti') and several online portals and TV channels, used to disseminate the movement's message.

He fosters a vibrant cultural wing ('Maati Cultural Group') and numerous sports clubs. These initiatives counter extremist fatwas against art and sports, using them as tools to awaken consciousness and build healthy character.

His development projects have created thousands of jobs, established a self-reliant local economy, ensured food security, and provided access to quality education and healthcare, significantly improving the quality of life for local residents.

The 'Smart Village Project' is his visionary development model in his native village. It has transformed a once-deprived area into a self-reliant hub with over 50 projects in education, industry, agriculture, and healthcare, serving as a blueprint for national development.

Movement

Hezbut Tawheed is the non-political, religious reform movement of which Hossain Mohammad Salim is the Imam. Its name means 'The Party of the Sovereignty of Allah,' and its objective is to establish global peace by implementing divine guidance.

The movement was founded by Emamuzzaman Mohammad Bayazeed Khan Panni (1925-2012), a reformer who dedicated his life to rediscovering and presenting the true, undistorted ideology of Islam.

The movement is guided by strict principles, including complete transparency, being law-abiding, non-participation in conventional politics, financial self-reliance through member contributions, and showing respect to all religions.

It operates based on a five-point agenda derived from the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH): Unity, Discipline, Obedience, Hijrah (renouncing falsehood), and Jihad (the non-violent struggle to establish justice).

Because the movement speaks out against religious business, extremism, and the political misuse of faith, it has faced continuous propaganda and violent attacks from extremist and vested interest groups.

Hezbut Tawheed is a completely legal and law-abiding organization. All its activities are conducted openly and in accordance with the laws of the land.

The movement is funded entirely by the sincere contributions of its own members. No external donations are accepted, ensuring its ideological independence.

There is only one path that guarantees solutions to all human problems: implementing the divine system given by Allah.
