Hezbut Tawheed organized a grand Eid reunion and Members’ Conference in Chuadanga on Saturday, 18 April 2026, at the Mukta Mancha ground. The program was held under the theme, “Our Proposal to Address the Crisis: Let the Foundation of State Governance Be the Sovereignty of Allah.”
The honorable Imam Hossain Mohammad Salim, supreme leader of Hezbut Tawheed, delivered the keynote address, providing important guidance on the current challenges facing the Muslim world. He identified disunity as a major cause of ongoing crises, stating that imperial powers continue to take advantage of this division, resulting in the continued decline of Muslim nations, despite the Qur’anic call for unity.
He emphasized that the commandments of Allah must serve as the sole foundation in all areas of life, including national, political, social, and economic spheres. He called upon the Ummah to unite on the basis of Tawheed and to adopt divine guidance as the ultimate standard for governance and society.
Referring to the national context, he observed that repeated political changes have not brought meaningful improvement to people’s lives. Instead, insecurity and instability persist. He attributed this situation to the continuation of a man-made, colonial system and stressed the need for a fundamental transformation. He also highlighted the importance of distinguishing between true Islam and distorted interpretations in order to overcome the crisis.
On the subject of jihad, Imam Salim clarified that it does not mean terrorism or the creation of fear. Rather, it is a just and moral struggle to establish truth and justice. He called upon believers to work sincerely, with dedication and sacrifice, to eliminate social problems such as drugs, violence, and disorder, and to convey the true teachings of Islam to the wider public.
The conference was presided over by Jewel Rana, President of Hezbut Tawheed Chuadanga District. Among the speakers were General Secretary Md. Nizam Uddin, Joint General Secretary and Head of the Women’s Division Rufaidah Panni, Khulna Divisional President Tanvir Ahmed, Regional President Jaseb Uddin, and other local leaders. The program was conducted by Shamsuzzaman Milon.
The event saw the participation of thousands of men and women from Chuadanga, reflecting strong public engagement and support.
Sincerely,
